Warranty Returns
If you need to return or replace an AC Global product, please follow the instruction below:
- Contact us to troubleshoot the device and assign a case number. After thorough troubleshooting and if your product is under AC Global’s warranty, contact customer service to obtain a RETURN Number at [email protected] or by calling 1-877-364-2333
- Complete the form
- Ship the form and ONLY products that are determined to be in need of repair to:

NOTE:
- Before returning product(s), you must obtain a RETURN Number from Customer Service.
- A RETURN Number will only be issued for products that are under warranty.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges to AC Global Systems, Inc. Returns.
